Cedar Rapids RoughRiders

The Dupaco Cowbell Cup is awarded to the top team in head-to-head competition between the Black Hawks, the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, the Dubuque Fighting Saints, and the Des Moines Buccaneers.

The annual champion is determined by the results of regular season USHL games between the contending teams. Two points are awarded for each win, with one point for an overtime or shootout loss.
