Donation Requests

The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders are proud to support nonprofit organizations making a positive impact in our community!

Please submit your request at least one month before your event and allow up to two weeks for processing. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to support every organization, but each submission will be carefully reviewed.

Approved donations will be provided in the form of RoughRiders ticket vouchers and must be used to raise funds for the requesting 501(c)(3) organization. Vouchers may not be used as door prizes or giveaways.

Please email your request to Lexi Fillenworth at lfillenworth@roughridershockey.com and include:

Organization name and contact information
Federal EIN and confirmation of 501(c)(3) status
Event name, date and type of fundraiser
Brief description of how the vouchers will be used
Event flyer, if available

If your request is approved, you will be notified when the donation is ready to be picked up at the RoughRiders office. Donations cannot be mailed or emailed.
