The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders are proud to announce the signing of forward Hayden Buck to a USHL Standard Player Development Agreement for the 2027–28 season.

Hayden, a native of Lakeville, Minnesota, played last season for Lakeville North High School. He made an immediate impact in his first season of high school hockey, recording 10 goals and 17 points in 26 games.

"Congratulations to Hayden and the Buck family! We are looking forward to seeing Hayden wear the RoughRiders sweater," said RoughRiders Head Coach and General Manager Mark Carlson. "We have been impressed with him both as a person and as a hockey player. He continues to improve, and his combination of skill, size and grit will make him an exciting addition to the RoughRiders lineup in the near future."
