RoughRiders Alumni Set for 2026 NCAA Men’s Hockey Tournament

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The road to the Frozen Four begins Thursday, March 26, and the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders are proud to once again have alumni competing on college hockey's biggest stage.

A total of 21 RoughRiders alumni will compete in the 2026 NCAA Men's Hockey Tournament as they begin their run toward the Frozen Four and a national championship.

The 2026 NCAA Frozen Four will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at T-Mobile Arena, where the nation's top four teams will compete for the national championship in April.

The NCAA Men's Hockey Tournament has been held annually since 1948, with the Frozen Four serving as the championship weekend to determine the national champion of Division I college hockey. The RoughRiders organization is proud to see many former players continuing their careers at the collegiate level and competing in the national tournament.
